How Core Uses Data

  • To track progress across steps, running, cycling, calories, hydration, food, weight, and BMI.
  • To generate walking, running, and cycling routes, route previews, weather context, and route guidance.
  • To estimate calories, macros, recipes, and nutrition information from text, photos, barcode or QR-assisted product lookups, and food databases.
  • To provide a health-focused AI assistant, voice command transcription, reminders, streak updates, and motivational support.
  • To manage free trials, Premium access, restores, subscriptions, security, debugging, and service reliability.
  • To operate the ambassador and business partner programme, including internal attribution, commission calculations, refund or chargeback reversals, fraud prevention, and support. A support code does not change your Core price or grant feature access.

Support Codes and Partner Privacy

  • Support codes are optional. Approved partners can see aggregate programme statistics, such as attributed sign-ups and subscription totals.
  • Core does not provide partners with the identity, name, email address, account details, health data, location, or activity data of people who enter their support code.
  • Core does not sell this information or share it with partners for their own marketing.
