App Store and Billing
- For subscription issues, open Core > Settings > Subscription > Restore purchases, or manage your plan through Apple's subscription management screen.
- Apple handles Core Premium billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and restore purchases.
- Deleting the Core app or your Core account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Common Help
- For HealthKit or step issues, check iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Core.
- For route issues, make sure Location permission is enabled, use safer-route preferences where helpful, and choose routes based on local conditions.
- For food logging, remember AI and database results are estimates and may need serving-size adjustments.
- For account deletion, open Core > Settings > Account > Delete account.
